1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to everyone who visits or uses Mineralia. By creating an account or using the marketplace, you agree to these terms.
Mineralia is a platform that brings together supply and demand for minerals. We are not ourselves a party to the purchase agreement between members.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for everything that happens through your account. Verified members undergo an additional identity check.
3. Listings and requests
Listings must be accurate and complete. Prohibited items include counterfeits, illegally mined material and protected species. We may refuse or remove listings that break the rules.
4. Transactions
Payments go through our escrow system. The amount is only released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt. See also Payment and Return policy.
5. Liability
Mineralia strives to provide a safe platform but is not liable for the quality, authenticity or delivery of minerals traded between members, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
