Right of withdrawal
When buying from a professional seller, as a consumer you usually have a 14-day cooling-off period. Private sales between members may have different terms; these are stated in the listing.
Not as described
Does the mineral clearly differ from the listing (e.g. damage or incorrect identification)? Report this within 48 hours of receipt via the platform, before you confirm receipt. The escrow payment is then kept on hold.
Returns and refunds
For a valid complaint you return the mineral in its original condition. After the seller receives and checks it, we release your payment as a refund.
Disputes
If buyer and seller can’t reach agreement, Mineralia can mediate based on the messages, photos and shipping details.
